Many programs do not show the names of the referrals but only the
number of referrals in your downline. The short answer is: Put your
newly created user name for that program. The long answer is: Put
the name that the person you are joining under will see when they
look at their own downline
When I click on 'Spend', and then pick a program to spend
my credits on, it asks me for a user name. What user name is this?
This is not necessarily your user name for this
program. It is whatever you need to add to the link that shows below to
properly complete the referral link. Make sure that the link that
appears looks identical to the link that appears in the referral section
of the program that you are promoting.
I accidentally accepted or declined a user's credit request.
Please do something about it!

A user has put a transaction on hold, but I want to approve
The transaction because I see him in my downline. How do I do this?
Easy.. Open the 'On-hold' transaction from 'View Pending' then scroll to
the bottom and press Open. Go back to your 'View-Pending' and you will see
that the transaction is now open. You can now accept(or decline) the transaction
